Welcome to Moorhouse School's history pages
Our school has recently celebrated its centenary, having first opened its doors to pupils on 31st March 1913.
The centenary was celebrated by holding the events below to mark this milestone:
- Open Day
- Pupils interviewing past pupils and staff to build an oral history
- Displays of old photographs and log books
- Each class choosing a decade to research and present work on
- Dress like-an-Edwardian day
If you have any old artefacts / photographs that you could lend to the school we would be very happy to hear from you.
Please contact the School Office or leave a comment on the website.
